Our WDBS open days have played a significant role in helping to introduce people with disabilities to our sport since our first event back in 2015.
A central part of many WDBS events, open days are typically held on a Friday morning prior to the start of the competitive tournaments, with opportunities for all to get involved. Whether you are returning to the sport after some time away or have never tried snooker before, everybody with a disability is welcomed to come and pick up a cue.
All open days are staffed with fully qualified WPBSA Snooker Coaches on hand to help introduce newcomers to the sport, or to provide guidance to more experienced players. Our open days are completely free to attend with groups and individuals encouraged to come along and get involved.
There is no need to register – just come along on the day! Or feel free to contact us in advance if you have any specific requirements or require further information.
