Bio

Dave Bolton is one of the top ranked players in the ambulant Group 5 classification.

A relative newcomer to the tour, Bolton has been dominant since his arrival with nine consecutive titles and just a three match losses to his name in WDBS competition.

Making his debut at the 2023 UK Disability Championship, Bolton took the title with a 3-1 victory over Dalton Lawrence in the final and has gone on to add to his success with titles in England, Germany, Belgium and Portugal.

At the 2024 Champion of Champions, Bolton rounded off his maiden season on the tour in perfect fashion by defeating Lawrence 6-2 to secure the prestigious season finale crown.

Bolton made more history at the first ever European Disability Championship in October 2024, recording the highest ever break in Group 5 competition (85) before defeating Lawrence 3-0 to become the European champion.

Bolton also represented his country at the 2023 World Abilitysport Games in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand in December 2023 and earned a podium place by defeating fellow countryman David Moore 3-0 in the bronze medal match.
