Functional Description: Almost no use in four limbs.
Medical Description: All four limbs and trunk affected.
- Need to use an electric (power) chair for mobility.
- Assistance with activities for daily living (ADL) will be required.
- Communication difficulties.
- May have difficulty in holding head in the upright position.
