Bob Hill has been a director of WDBS since its formation in 2015 and more recently joined the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association as its Club and Facilities Manager in 2017.
Bob started his career at Middlesex Football Association after graduating with an MA from the University of Warwick and in his previous role for the Sport and Active Lifestyles Team at North Somerset Council had responsibility for developing initiatives to support disabled people and older adults to take up sport.
Bob has been a lifelong fan of snooker as well as playing the game, representing England Universities before embarking on coaching. He qualified as a WPBSA Snooker Coach in 2006 and coaches a range of groups and individuals, and runs a regular club for adults with learning disabilities in Bristol. He also has an interest in other sports, including football and tennis.
