Functional Description: A wheelchair user.

Medical Description: All four limbs affected.

Good control of trunk.
Slightly weak hands or slight lack of control in arms.
Trunk control enables activities of daily living (ADL) to be carried out efficiently.

Upper Limbs	Trunk	Lower Limbs
Minimal weakness, spasticity or athetosis Intrinsic muscles of the hand may be severely affected	May or may not be affected	Moderate weakness, spasticity or athetosis

Cerebral Palsy (Quadraplegia).

Inclusion Spectrum – modified, disability sport, parallel, separate.
